This note offers a piecemeal account of some features of swimming (winter), when my practice of swimming regularly in the Pacific Ocean is drawing to a close.
The sunny days in the strings of late-season sunny days that I describe in this note were sunny, mostly. However, often in winter the coast looks like this. (This photo is from December 18th, the day after my last swim of the year.)
